Positive: We wasn't at the hotel much due to going to Holiday World, but we did enjoy the Christmas decor and the staff was friendly and willing to help whenever we had questions or needed anything.
Negative: Wish the breakfast had a little more selection especially with drinks. Missed having Hot tea and our grandchildren wanted chocolate milk and hot chocolate. But that was about the only issue we had.
Summary: We had fun and look forward to returning.

Negative: Wear and tear on building surfaces… needs some tlc…move the end table so my husband and I could have a hard surface that was small enough to play cards on and we notice dirt…half eaten cracker and some type of a bottle cap
