Summary: The pictures shown do not represent what the location looks like. There were a lot of things that were misrepresented. I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the fact that the floors in the lobby areas hadn't been swept for a long time, hallways not vacuumed, the grasses were overgrown around it (lower shin height), and the elevator sounds like it's going to fail any minute, was a little off putting. If they are okay with allowing you to see the main areas in this condition, how do things look behind the scenes? Our room was clean and tidy, decent amenities, but still kind of made me weary if the main areas were so unkept. Also, my biggest complaint- at check in they announce your room number out loud in front of everyone, which to me is a safety issue. The lobby was very busy and that made me super uncomfortable. They advertise free coffee and had the sign hanging for it (we were looking for the coffee and said out loud "oh look it's advertised, it will probably be here in the morning"), but the next day when we went by, they had removed the whole sign-- like a canvas advertisement sign from corporate Motel 6. It was okay for the cost, but I probably would not stay here again.

Summary: Two lights missing in the bathroom fixer two lights in the bedroom would not work back door. Hotel would not lock when you come in and out who owners and Hotel needs quite a bit of attention.

Summary: The biggest issue, was since we stayed here while we went to Holiday world. It was like 95° all day and we are ready to come to the hotel and relax our air conditioner didn’t work. We told him about it once they said somebody come fix it in 30 minutes. I walked downstairs in 30 minutes, ask him about it and they forgot about it completely Handed me a box fan and said that they would get somebody to work on it. They never came. We pretty much just sweat and toe got out of there thank God it was just a one night stay and I think our blankets were clean, but they were very stained.

Summary: Check-in was smooth. FIRST room I had the door didn't open on the first try, ever. Had to use the key card at least twice before the door would open. The grate for the HVAC wasn't fully secured to the wall and it just looked run down. Went to watch TV, no remote in the room. Had to go to the front desk to get one...then when I got back to my room the box didn't work. Went back to the desk to see if I was doing something wrong...she suggested that I unplug the box and plug it back in and if that didn't work she would change my room. SECOND room had a door that opened, a remote, and the TV worked. The HVAC was set on like 60 or something, so it was a bit chilly to start. After coming back from getting food neither of the keycards worked...so back down to the front desk I went. Shower in the room felt like it was going to give way below me, but I was on the first floor...and it was a handicap accessible shower, I am not handicapped The beds were not the best, but for a Motel 6 I am not sure what I expected. It worked for a place to sleep...but that is it. I am returning to the area in a few weeks but canceled my reservation for this hotel and will be booking elsewhere.

Summary: Someone walked in our room the first morning and kept coming in even after we said we are in here 3 times. Ice machine was broken. Only 1 plug in the room, had fridge and microwave plugged into it and 1 in the bathroom. Had a kleenex box that reminded me of a Valentines box said drop key here when checking out. Never saw anyone either morning.

Summary: I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip. This is supposedly a nonsmoking motel, but the smell of cigarettes was strong in the hallway. This is a first for me to experience as I've seen the owners kickout guests for smoking in their room. The elevator was also out of service, but I had my room on the first floor.

Summary: No desk clerk most of the time. Elevator, ice machine, and vending machines didn't work. Housekeeping had to be requested to get any service such as emptying trash cans. Parking lot needs repaving.
