Summary: I love staying here. I had no issues until I went to check in. Been staying there off and on all week. The chick that checked me in was not so friendly and wanted my husband's I.D. well we have a copy of both sides she would not accept it. Ok so I understand company policy even I know that you can still scan the back of the photo pic I.D. I do it all the time at my job. So anyhow I told her that this is the first time ever to ask for his I.D. Well he couldn't stay with me which made me upset. Going forward with the check in she didn't say another word to me didn't even tell me my room number or where it was located. I figured it out on my own. After signing the tablet I still stood there looking like an idiot (I'm sorry are we done or what). Not even have a good night. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and no matter what I will always let my customers know that the transaction is done and always tell them have a good day or whatever. I wish I remembered her name cause she isnt representing this company with any positive attitude. And the room she gave me half the channels didn't work the fan in the bathroom was super oud and annoying. By far the worst room I've ever had there

Summary: The pool was unusable. Needed to be shocked and not used for at least 3 days. Could not see bottom nor steps going into water. Very green. Staff were great. Need coffee in rooms.
