Positive: The property is convenient close to the freeway gas stations, and quick food.

Negative: First off, I travel with a medical alert dog, I rented a disability room, upon arriving The first question was am I disabled? I should not have to answer that question when I’ve already rented the room. I was also questioned on the fact that I took the room with two queens. I’ve stayed there several times before and never was asked these kinds of questions, I’m not going to stay somewhere where I have to justify why I rented the room I did. As I’m filling out the form and I’m about ready to put medical alert. I was told the manager needed to know what my dog does for me, by telling you that that tells you, my disability, which by law is HIPAA covered I don’t have to tell you my disability so I’m not sure I’m going to stay at this facility again. I gave permission that if my dog barks continuously and doesn’t stop, they have the right to come into the room. I really didn’t like being asked if I’m disabled. Was everybody asked that question when they came in? Why would I rent that room if I’m not disabled? I can definitely find another hotel to stay in if this is how it’s going to be in the future every time I check in.
