Positive: Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly in greeting us and getting us our room. The room was clean and ready for us, and we had no issues while we were there. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning.

Positive: Excellent location. Exceptional staff and cleanliness. Heating/Cooling unit was so quiet I didn't know it was on! Very clean, large room, comfortable beds and housekeeping was very good - the room was very presentable. Checkout was simple and easy.

Negative: Bathroom: No towel bars, hook on the wall was broken so unable to hang anything. Tub drain clogged and water pressure in tub and sink were minimal. Place is under construction, so a lot of leftover furniture and decorations are laying around. I am certain this is temporary.

Summary: Comfortable, close to destination, easy access.

Negative: The disability room had a tub that was high and deep that my wife couldn’t get into since she was short in height had trouble getting her leg over the tub walls, thus, couldn’t use at all

Positive: The coffee, and when I left.

Negative: Very dirty room, filthy sheets that had hair/stains on them. Linens dingy, no staff around. I would not recommend this for a family to stay at.
