Summary: We stayed for one night and we were just traveling in the area. The property is very nice and a great change from the chain hotels. There is a great deal of character in the furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. We found places to eat nearby.The staff recommended a dinner place that was good and we never would have found it on our own. One thing I found a little strange was that this place is rented without any staff on site. They were responsive by text, but I would have preferred to interact with a real human. Another guest arrived when we were there and rang the doorbell repeatedly. I felt that I had to answer and talk to them, although they did realize fairly quickly that they had to call the owners.
