Summary: Well the room size and view for full ocean view was not worth the cost. Nearly 2k for 2nights which could be spent on an all inclusive resort. I didn’t realize I wouldn’t have a balcony for this price which was also very disappointing. You can hear people on the beach and in hallways very well. The elevator seemed a little off as the door would open early and late. The rooftop jacuzzis are packed. There’s only two and a lot of people on the weekend. The best thing about this place was valet and their customer service, which is an extra fee.

Summary: We stayed here during the Monterey car show early in the week. Our room had a view of the parking lot. There was a lot of street noise. If I stay here again I would ask for a room away from the road or a higher floor. It was a very lovely room and I loved the bed and bedding. Bathroom was beautiful.

Summary: Originally came here a few years back for a company kick-off. We came here for a delayed anniversary weekend. The views and rooms are amazing and the hotel is right in the middle of everything great about Monterey. Great restaurants on every block, the ocean within reach, etc. Hard not to love this hotel.

Summary: Overall, one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. Very comfortable, accomodating, and in perfect walking distance to Old Fishermans Wharf and Cannery Row. Live music and drinks in the lounge were a nice treat every night and Schooners was by far our favorite resturaunt around that area. Loved our stay and will be back!
