Summary: This is our 3rd stay in this house and we love the location and proximity to the beach. Our dog also loves the area for walks. The house is comfortable and close to so many things to do. We will definitely be back next year!

Summary: The house is at a great location, very quiet and it’s a 10 minute walk to the ocean. The scenery is beautiful. The yard is also lovely. However, the house is not well maintained. We had issues with dishwasher and washer. The only comfortable seat to sit on in the entire house is the leather sofa in the living room. The other 4 chairs are all sagging and very uncomfortable to sit in. With 700 a night, I definitely didn’t expect that we had to hand wash dishes and couldn’t gather around in the living room due to lack of comfortable seating options. The owner did respond to my complaints but nothing was done during our stay. We are extremely disappointed.

Summary: We had a perfect family stay in this cute house in the Del Monte forest. The three bedrooms were very comfortable; the kitchen well stocked and the garden an added bonus for both us and the dog! The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beach and pathways along 17-mile drive.

Summary: My husband and I were married here and returned with our 4 children ages 1-9. We are very familiar with the area and chose this property due to the closeness to the water and accessibility from different parts of the peninsula. There were plenty of beds, we did all of the fun things in the area with ease, and the kids said playing in their room was the highlight! The host is very kind and understanding.

Summary: I was hoping to give an excellent review however, I cannot. The beginning of the week all was pretty good. The positive...Great location. The negative...The tv stopped working, I emailed the host 3 times letting them know the tv was NOT working. Never got a response so I called the neighbor as the paperwork said to do and once again NO response.... And this was during the world series, which we were huge fans, and we were expecting to be able to watch it. Another negative was the couch... It was very old and very lumpy, quite uncomfortable.. I wish that I could say we would stay there again, but we will not. When you are the host, you should respond within a reasonable amount of time. We never got a response from anyone.
