Positive: The flat was clean and the fireplace was ready to be turned on.

Negative: We didn't get the room we booked. It was much smaller. Anyway, beds were not comfortable at all. Thin and cheap mattresses. The whole house was very cold. Poor isolation and high ceilings made it impossible to heat. Bed sheets were even humid.
