Positive: Three bedrooms, two of them quite small, two bathrooms (one tiny) and a toilet. Two bedrooms on the second floor, one downstairs (one bed wide, others quite narrow). Small kitchen and spacious living room. Air heating. The terrace, although the sun shone there only in the morning. Basically everything needed was there. A classic coffee machine was also brought at our request. There is a garage, but the box is the last at the very end. The gaps are so narrow that only a small car can fit there, larger ones are not recommended to try before the inspection. We parked outside. Several good large grocery stores in the distance, a car is necessary, more than 4 km to the old town and the port.

Negative: A fee for electricity and water was added to the price, which is not mentioned in the booking description! The advance payment (in several parts) will be deducted immediately, although there is still plenty of time to cancel the reservation. It would be logical to pay in one part if the deadline for cancellation has passed. The walls are very thin, on one side the toddler started screaming before 7 o'clock every morning and on the other side the resident ran a laundry, the washing machine worked outside from early morning until late at night. In winter, the rooms are cool without heating, because the sun practically does not shine in, but in summer it is probably a plus. Working with the computer is quite difficult, the round dining table in the living room is small and the old chairs are extremely uncomfortable to sit on. But it could be easily solved with modern furniture. The rear door lock only worked from the inside, had to walk around.

Positive: Javea Holidays provided all the information in advance, their office was a short drive from the property and we were greeted with a warm welcome. This makes for a lovely start to your holiday. As a family, we felt that all our needs were catered for and that should we need it we had contact numbers readily available. As it happens we locked ourselves out but after a quick phonecall to the office this was easily sorted. Thanks for a lovely stay!
