Positive: Lovely little 2 bed villa - great location and spotless throughout. The huge pool was fantastic and the waterslides were a real bonus. The team at Javea Properties were excellent - great communication across the booking process

Negative: Nothing to fault at the property. A second clothes airer would have been helpful and also a key lock box at the property to avoid having to collect and pick up the keys from the Javea Property office

Positive: Excellent stay at Casa Maya, house was extremely clean and letting agent was incredibly responsive. It was a home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outside space was excellent.

Positive: Lovely place full of character. Nice and cool inside even downstairs where there is only a fan. The views especially during sunset towards Montgo are stunning. There is a pedestrian only lane that leads to a cracking pool which is lifeguarded and has slides. Access to the beach is close enough to walk and so is the Arenal after 15-20mins. Would stay again in a heartbeat it is a beautiful townhouse.

Negative: Parking but this is detailed beforehand as there s communal parking a short walk a way but can be busy in height of season. That said we managed to find the last space each day. Just be mindful if you have a lot of luggage to transport in the heat.

Summary: Great holiday enhanced by a traditional characterful Spanish property with nice air con.
