Summary: Outside of hotel was very dated. The room was meant to be lived in as extended stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast nearby.

Summary: The motel is actually quite nice, and my room was up to date. The room was on the small side, yet, the furnishings made it feel comparable to other hotels in this price range. Alturas is a city in transition, and some of the area near the hotel seemed a little sketchy -- but there's not much that a motel could be expected to do about that. All things considered, it met my expectations.
