You will feel special from the moment you walk into the new, very stylish and contemporary "Delazy Villa". Leave your worries behind and enjoy this exceptional tranquil villa located in the quiet Rotonda West on the Rotonda River. The 2,200 sq ft villa was completed in January, 2016 with clean comfortable bedding and furnishings waiting for you.
The living/dining/kitchen open concept area is spacious with high ceilings, snack bar and easy living flow and a smart TV. There are 3 sliding doors going out to the over-sized screened patio/pool from the dining and living room areas.
From the moment you wake up in your king size master suite facing the pool and river view, you have direct slider door access to enjoy bird watching from the patio/lanai, relaxing in your sparkling private pool, outdoor dining, or fishing from the riverfront. The master suite has bedside tables, chest of drawers and flat screen TV. The master bath has a large walk in shower and double vanity. The comfortable queen bedroom has another sliding door overlooking the patio pool and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. All bedrooms have walk in closets and the shared bathroom has another large walk in shower.
The villa is beautiful, safe and comfortable to stay at with plenty of fun activities nearby and pool to enjoy.
It's only 10-15 minutes to one of our relaxing nearby beaches or islands (Boca Grande, Palm Island and Manasota Key). With 39 miles of white sandy beach and easy parking, you're sure to enjoy several days at the beach. Your vacation could include lunch at a restaurant on the beach, outdoor music and dining, shelling, sunsets, dolphin watching, swimming, fishing or many other water activities. Our villa is ideally located for golfers with 15 golf courses in the area, the closest being within 5 minutes.
The location is ideal for relaxing or enjoying many area activities. There are several unique shopping areas for a day of shopping, parks and historical sites, art and entertainment festivals, nearby grocery stores, shopping malls, fresh markets, outlet malls, bars and fantastic restaurants for casual and fine dining (indoor and outdoor). Several walking paths are located within the Rotonda West circle along with two tennis courts and children's playground. This is the perfect location for short trips to Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, the everglades or Kennedy Space Center.

Summary: Excellent villa and super host who was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. Had a really good time and would recommend this villa. Minor issues were that curtains in bedrooms were a little thin and let the early morning light in, also pool pump (or something close to it) kicked in at 4am for about an hour.

Summary: This home is in a perfect location, quiet and safe neighborhood. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional. The host responded to any question or concern of ours very quickly. The home is stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Watching wildlife out back was so fun. The pool was warm and also very clean. Close to stores and many very nice beaches. We had no troubles during our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this beautiful property, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now that we have found this gem. The property itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, so it’s perfect for relaxing days spent by the pool. The view from the rear of the property, which can be enjoyed from inside the villa as well as outside on the lanai, is so lovely. Backed on to a canal, we saw an amazing array of wildlife including cranes, herons, egrets, turtles and alligators. The homeowner has worked hard to create everything you would want from a vacation home, and the property manager excels in how well they prepare the villa for your arrival. Cant say enough good things about this vacation home.

Summary: The Villa is to a very high standard. Everything you need is on hand. We had no issues at all during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Plenty of wildlife in the adjacent canal including a resident gator. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa for anyone's vacation.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in this great house. Very modern and very clean. You have everything you need for a great day at sea or a barbecue at home. Watching the alligator from the pool in the morning and evening was a highlight. We can absolutely recommend the house.
