Summary: Everything was clean and having all the beach accessories was a plus! When we had a small issue with the pool it was taken care of immediately! Would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: What a beautiful setting with a sunset view right from the screened in Lanai w/pool & spa. Tasteful decor with comfortable seating and beds. Good communication with host when we had an issue with the spa and problem solved. Location is between Englewood and Placida so only 10 or 15 minutes in either direction for activities or restaurants. Nice & amenities. Would stay again!

Summary: Easy check in. I did feel a bit hurried packing up on the day we left. The cleaning people were told to be there at 9am but check out was 10am. So they sat in the driveway and waited. Overall, I would rent this house again.
