Summary: Our stay at Quinta da Ribeirinha was absolutely unforgettable. The owner Sebastião and his team were very welcoming, generous, courteous and always helpful when needed. Everyone could be easily reached which was reassuring to know. This new property was extremely clean, decorated with great taste and full of great amenities. Beds were clean and confortable, kitchen fully equipped and the site is simply breathtaking. The waterfall provides a very calming effect and adds to the beauty of the surroundings. The view on Douro river is amazing and the property is close to quite a few wineries as well as the city of Porto (one hour drive). Each room has a great view and is very comfortable. We were a party of eight and everyone agreed that their stay here was perfect in every way. Overall we HIGHLY recommend a stay at Quinta da Ribeirinha as it will be an unforgettable stopover for a few nights or a longer stay. It is a sure bet and deserves more than 5 stars.
