This spacious modern home away from home is in the sought after South Snowdon Wharf on the edge of Porthmadog. Guests LOVE the spectacular views over the estuary towards Portmeirion, Harlech and across to the railway. The views can be enjoyed from the kitchen/living/dining area the balcony and both bedrooms.
This double fronted home offers uninterrupted views of the everchanging estuary. Porthmadog High Street is only a 5 minute walk away to a choice of shops, restaurants and scenic walks. Porthmadog is an excellent all round location with sandy beaches and mountains so close at hand.
This 'upside down' modern seaside home has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area to soak in the views through the double patio onto the balcony and across the estuary. SKY TV basic package and WIFI included.
There are two double bedrooms, both of which overlook the estuary and a bathroom with standalone shower cubicle, WC and sink.
Due to the open plan nature of the property, it is not suitable for guests with young children.

Summary: A nice property with a fantastic view over the Glaslyn estuary. A great base to explore the area. Plenty of public transport so you can park up and leave the car. The coastal scenery is fantastic with miles of golden sand, the heritage railways are on the doorstep if you want to have a change in pace. I was quite lucky with the weather but had a really comfortable stay in a lovely property.
