Comfortably sleeps 16 people, located only 60 mins from NYC and the Poconos Mountains. The home is conveniently located just 15 minutes off I-80 (exit 19) near Bear Brook Valley in Fredon Township, NJ. Surrounded by nature and filled with on-site amenities: full-size tennis court with basketball hoop, private pool, gym room, ping pong table, huge entertainment deck, high speed WIFI, outdoor kitchen, fire-pit, linens, towels and daily calls from a variety of local birds.
The surrounding State and local parks, groceries, nearby dining, working farms, apple picking, pumpkin patches, hiking, make it a year-round destination vacation property.

Summary: Overall, our stay was beautiful and the home was well-suited to our group size. The pool and house were very clean, the layout was open and inviting, the kitchen was spacious, and we enjoyed using the fire pit on several evenings.A few areas could be improved: the check-in instructions were sent later than expected, the basement had a persistent odor due to limited airflow, and the outdoor hammock advertised was not available, which was disappointing.That said, we still had a wonderful time and appreciated the accommodations!

Summary: This is a beautiful property with amenities that make it truly special - pool, children's playset, tennis court with basketball hoop, access to farm animals, adult only weight room, table tennis table. The house is well maintained, spacious and very comfortable for a large group. Communications with the owner were excellent, informative, and responsive. We had a family group of 9 adults and two children spanning 4 generations who were attending a wedding nearby. This house was perfect for us.

Summary: What a great weekend! We had a large group of 16 friends for an annual golf outing. This property offered enough space for our group that everyone had a bed or a futon. We did not feel confined as this house had plenty of space between the 3 floors. The indoor kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for large scale meal prep and dining. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit every evening, too. Plenty of golf courses in the area, as well. Everything was very clean! We would easily book this for a future trip again. Thanks to the hosts and team that runs this place. Great job with the property!

Summary: The owner and his sons were at the house to greet us . He was very courteous. The house is huge and along with the pool made for a great stay. John the caretaker was great with the grandkids showing them the goats chickens and dogs. Would definitely rent this house again

Summary: Shamir's property was just what we were looking for. A house with a beautiful pool and enough space to accommodate our family of 12 comfortably which it succeeded. We had children with us and the fact that it had an area with farm animals and playground was a bonus. The pool was beautifully maintained and the house was clean and the rooms were spacious.
