Summary: I’ve stayed here probably a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are beat up and the facility is dingy but for what you pay I have absolutely no complaints. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. If you’re staying in the area I highly recommend.

Summary: Easily accessible and convenient to where we were working. Limited places to stay in Newton. Was pleasently surprised it was old but well taken care of. It was quiet for the most part but the room next door to us had a large, fierce dog with them. It seemed the owner was antagonizing the animal to bark continuously throughout the night. Not management's fault. Would have liked some compensation, for this inconvenience. Would stay here again. Hopefully no dogs the next time.

Summary: Stayed in area for a wedding and there were very few options to stay anywhere . We were put in the back of hotel. Room near us had a man with door wide open in his underwear and no shirt on just staring at us . I paid $125 and honestly it’s like an hourly hotel . I never leave reviews like this . Don’t stay here unless you are really really desperate.
