Positive: The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The rooms are very clean. The furniture is new. The host can be easily contacted by phone.Nearby there is a Delhaize supermarket and a small grocery store.

Negative: The location is too far from the city center. The nearest bus has to go about 20 stops to the Main Square. The bedrooms are on the second floor, they have no TV, no air conditioning, the bathroom is shared, the stairs are steep, so it is difficult for elderly people to go up and down from/to the kitchen and living room, which are located on the ground floor.

Negative: Apparently, although Booking states "You have the entire place for yourself", the host uses this house as an office, and she suddenly showed up and entered the house.

Positive: It was a modern duplex decorated with taste. We had all that we needed during our stay, the comfort, the facilities, the private parking and the location which was 5 minutes walking distance to tram and bus stop to city centre. On top of those we had a very good and helpful Landlady.

Positive: Very nice house in a quiet, pretty suburb of Brussels. The interesting art and book collection were a nice surprise. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and 2 sofas, plenty of space for a family of 4 with two teenagers. Easily accessible by car and public transport. The hostess was very accommodating and discrete.

Negative: Parking was more than 1 euro an hour depending on the duration, if you want to leave the car between 9am and 6pm. It was free in the evenings and over night. We found the easiest was to drive 10 minutes to the covered park and ride at Ceria Coovi which is on the metro line for Brussels and is free with a validated metro ticket.

Summary: We were delighted by this find, a perfect place to explore Brussels at our leisure.

Positive: I didn't actually stay - we were waiting for my daughter's passport and it didn't arrive in time. But the lady was so helpful and understanding! I would really like to come back and stay properly next time, she was such an understanding host
