Summary: We stayed here as a group of 5 girls celebrating joint birthdays. There was plenty of space for us all, with 4 double bedrooms and a single, plus two bathrooms and two toilets. The dining/kitchen area was bright and well equipped. The tram stops nearby took you into Brussels or Midi station in around 15 minutes. Lovely breakfast places nearby, along with a newly opened Aldi for essentials. The garden was peaceful with the sound of parakeets! Only complaint was the front bedrooms (3 out of the 5) were noisy due to trams.

Summary: The property was in a great location and plenty big enough for 6-8 people. The spiral stairs are the only way to access one of the bedrooms with a double bed, which are very hard to climb with luggage. Very clean and host was very kind to let us leave our luggage in the hall for a while and come back for it while we continued to tour Brussels after checking out.

Summary: There were 6 adults. We were comfortable in this property with plenty of space for all. Centrally located to all of city activities, including the Christmas markets. I would stay here again. Highly recommend this property to others.

Summary: We were a group of 6 (3 couples) and this home worked very good for us. The location was great, close to transit stops and a grocery store near-by. Communication with the host was great and was helpful with how to arrive from the airport. Like others have mentions, it advertised a clothes washer, but was not working and we had hoped to use it, as we were in the middle of our trip. It looks like from other reviews at least for over a year the washer has not worked, and the listing still shows it has a washer (I just looked), so double check if that is important. In addition, like one other reviewer mentioned, the spiral staircase in the home is very narrow and steep, and would be difficult for some (small children & older adults), but we did use the building hallway staircase for the majority of the time between floors, and that was fine. The furnishings are a bit older, but overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again, if visiting Brussels again.

Summary: We visited Brussels after spending some time at the Paris Olympics. We arrived early and were in communication with Gilles who accommodate us. The location of this house is perfect as it had public transit right out front. There was also a supermarket in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed for 4 nights while doing day trips from Brussels. Chose this home as washing machine was listed as an amenity which was a desirable asset. Unfortunately it was not working during our stay. An update would have been appreciated. Nonetheless, there is lots of space and the home served us well!

Summary: Great location with coffee shops and restaurants close by, but not too close to the city center. Walkable area, easy access into the townhome. Everything was clean, without clutter, nice bedding and bathrooms. The owner even left some wine and local beer in the fridge for us. The back patio was very nice, lots of light. Keep in mind there are steep circular stairs within the unity. No problem for us, but some might find them cumbersome. We would stay here again!

Summary: We were a group of friends and family and this apartment was perfect! It was very clean and had ample space for all of us to hang out together! There were 2 full bathrooms and 2 more toilet rooms which was very convenient and unusual for the rental apartments we found in Europe. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions that we had and gave great recommendations to us about travel tips! The only problem was that the washing machine was broken when we got there but otherwise the property was perfect for us!! Our stay was short but would love to stay there again in the future!
