Venice and Abbott Kinney are a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and yoga studios. We recently renovation and have a new custom kitchen, bathroom, patio doors to a new outdoor deck for indoor outdoor living.
Stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. Memory foam mattresses with linen sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with patios for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbecue after work or a day at the beach or sightseeing.

Summary: We come back to Santa Monica often since we moved away 12 years ago. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Everything was as described. We love to have some meals in when traveling so the well appointed kitchen was great. Loved the outdoor space for a nap. Walked to most all our fun. Thank you for making your cottage available.

Summary: We stayed here for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave ,everything was just perfect.Located in such a great location short walk to beach ,shops,restaurants ,cafes and local attractions also an easy drive to Hollywood and LAX Host Teresa are so helpful and would recommend this property to be on the top of the list ✅✅✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
