Summary: My family and I stayed here for my youngest son's graduation from UC Santa Cruz. The place was perfect for our stay in many respects, it is located within walking distance from the high ends Westfield shopping center and Santana Row. The unit itself was comfortable and it had all the conveniences of home, and it's in quiet location with ample parking. Finally, Daniel (our host) was great with his communication for everything from checking in to checking out to ensuring that we were set for our stay. We will be back in the near future and I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to San Jose. -Hugo-

Summary: Adequate for purpose. Place for family to stay while visiting. Hotel rooms would have been less expensive. Some Rat/mouse droppings found when first entered. Hosts responsive in cleaning after contacted and before family arrived. I don’t normally use VRBO accommodations so I don’t have a good reference. Probably would have done hotel rooms instead had I seen the accommodations before renting.
