Positive: Very clean, great location. Staff very friendly. Easy walk across the street to the Westfield mall and Santana Row close by. Full size fridge freezer, ideal when you want to save some money by getting some groceries. Bed was too firm (for me, back problems). I ended up buying a $30 3mattress topper the next day and slept fine the rest of the time. Met my needs, well kept, and was a safe location.

Summary: Very clean, great location. Staff very friendly.

Positive: The location suited my needs.

Negative: The mattress was hard and my body ached in the morning. You could hear the next door washing dishes later at night. The sound insulation was poor.
