Valentino Golf III is a newly built complex that offers a communal swimming pool with an adjoining children’s pool, children's play area and outdoor workout area. There is also lift access, parking space, Wi-Fi and vented air-conditioning throughout. The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk (15 minutes) , from the well-known Villamartin Plaza, which hosts several bars and restaurants that offer live entertainment.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
