Positive: The setting was very peaceful, the food was good, the attention of the staff was excellent. The visit to the nearby village to learn about the nature conservation was interesting. We appreciated ecological approach of the venue.

Negative: The direction to find the place were a bit tricky to follow, but we got there in the end! The road to the place will need some repairs or it could get washed out completely in the next rainy season.

Summary: Excellent - highly recommended.

Positive: Everything in Miseni Retreat is amazing but most of all the staff who are the kindest and most professional people I have ever met! Miseni wouldn't be the same without them! It is found in the middle of Africa's wonderful nature where you can relax! The rooms are so beautiful and clean! I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back next year as well!

Positive: Amazing place, location, staff, food... everything! We spent 4 magical days immersed in nature, cuddled by the very professional staff and enjoying the quiet and slow rhythm of the forest around us. Beautiful safari tours to the local village of Gongo and to Saadani National Park are a plus. Absolutely recommended!
