Positive: We loved everything!!! The location was excellent. We were steps away from shops, restaurants, and a laundromat. We were a short walk to the old town harbor and the bus station.The host was kind and helpful. The apartment was superb! This apartment deserves a rating higher than 10. It was just perfect!

Positive: With attention to every even small detail. The host has taken great care in designing the studio, every little detail for comfort was in its exact place. I even said to myself, oh I could do this at my home. Brandley new, clean, perfectly positioned. We would come back again. There is an apartment next to the studio, so it is very suitable for two families with children or five friends.

Positive: Location was amazing! Right in the heart of old town - only a couple blocks from main street for cars/buses. A few blocks from the harbor. During the day is a bustling shopping and restaurant area but noise levels were quiet at night. We loved the apartment layout and decor - well crafted, quality furniture, lovely balcony - had everything we needed. The owner was cleaning upon our early arrival and was very helpful! There is one flight of stairs indoors with a sturdy handle! Great for 2-3 people or a family with a couple kids. The owner provided water, juice, coffee and other items - very helpful!! We would stay here again!

Negative: Our biggest complaint is that there is only one set of keys available and they're needed to turn the electricity on inside the apartment. I traveled with my elderly parents and stayed out later than them. I had to wake them up each night to come open the apartment door for me. The first night I didn't go out because I didn't want them going down the stairs to open the main door for me. The owner showed me a way to enter the main door, but parents still had to wake up to let me in the apartment door. A second set of keys was not granted per my request.

Positive: The host George was so friendly and helpful! He was available at any time. He even arranged taxis back and forth from the airport. The location was very good, Chania Old Harbour was just around the corner. The studio was clean and the balcony was nice! The studio was a bit small but just perfect for two people.

Negative: We visited Chania in August, which is popular with tourists, so the street was a bit loud at night. Luckily, we had earplugs, which were very helpful! We liked the kitchen a lot, but it would have been nice to have a microwave to warm up food. Some food containers would also have been handy.

Positive: Location was perfect. Even though the apartment is in the Limani, it was very quiet once the shops closed down. I loved the balcony that overlooked the street. Perfect for people watching. The apartment was small, but it didn't feel cramped. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. George was a perfect host. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative: We only had one set of keys - and the person in the apartment needed to keep the keys so you could turn on the lights and the air conditioner. Had to wait up for my kids to come back from the clubs so I could let them in. In fairness, I didn't ask George for a second set of keys .. so maybe this is a non issue? Also, you can only drive in that area early in the morning. Made checking in with our luggage a challenge. My tip is to use the parking garage that is a few blocks away. Best 12 euros you will spend. Dont bother looking for street parking if you are there during peak season. (the 4 pictures - 2 street view and the two bedroom are not of this apartment. I mistakenly put those up. That's from Heraklion. Sorry!) The pics from the balcony are the view from the apartment.

Positive: The location was perfect... right in the Old town of Chania! The neighbourhood was active and fun and we felt super safe. George was amazing... he greeted us even when we arrived quite late. There was a problem with the air conditioner the first night but he brought us a fan and had the unit fixed by the end of the next day. The suite it self was lovely and well appointed... we had everything we needed for our 12 night stay. We highly recommend this suite.

Negative: Can't really say there was anything we didn't like. George was very good at communication and took care of anything we needed
