Positive: Great place with a really amazing and helpful host. This is a very well-built and well-designed twin-unit house, far exceeding what other properties in the area can offer. Value for money is excellent as well. Property was well signposted from the main road, which was very much appreciated. It has a great view toward Ba town and surrounded sugar fields.

Negative: It was not initially clear that there are two units here, meaning you likely share the property with other guests. This is fine, the only implication is if you are in the rear unit as we were, the shared pool is really not private as it sits directly in front of the front unit. The only other thing is, as mentioned by others, it is a bit of a rough road to get there and low vehicles might struggle (we had a minor scrape).

Positive: It’s only 5-7 minutes to Ba town. 4 minutes from SC Foods/ Kings Highway, location 2 mins of gravel rd on Yalalevu Rd. It’s a beautiful luxury villa, well priced for a 2 bedroom villa, u can’t even get one bedroom for the price in the area with such a lavish property. The amenities are great, washer, dryer, hot water, rain shower. I have rented a few in Ba, nothing comes close to the comfort level, nice new beds and bedding. Very well fenced on a hill with a nice pool is a perk in Ba, there’s no pools on this side of the country.The host provided beach towels as well so one less thing to worry about. The caretaker was very friendly and walked me thru the property and explained house rules. I was fortunate to book at such a nice place and we just have to respect the owners property. The caretakers live on the property next door separated by the fence, there was no privacy concerns at all.

Negative: The caretakers are very nosey. NO PRIVACY when you in the pool. Caretakers family watches you like a hawk. Its like you been watched always. She always comes without any notice. Calls or msges you 6am or 10pm. Very annoying. I didn't had wifi for 2 days because Caretaker gave me wrong password?? Apartment itself is 10/10. Would i book that again? No, because i like my privacy. When you go overseas you want your own space, not 24/7 someone watching you. Its 7mins off road track in from main road. You will need 4wd or higher car. My car was too low for the off road and if it rains you will be stuck in dirt road. Its good if you planning to arrive and stay there. On good note Love love the apartment.
