Positive: The garden and private parking. The quiet location. These are stated to me by the guest.

Negative: Did not appreciate being asked for payment in cash when most facilities take payment via credit card which was registered with the booking. The business host had to come and pay the dwelling host in cash. Now the business-sponsoring host has no written evidence that they paid (in order for a reclaim from the business). The receipt was made out to the guest (who was not the payee nor the person who made the booking, but simply the sponsored guest). I am still waiting for the receipt to be made out to me, the sponsoring host.

Summary: Beautiful, comfortable, great quiet location, scenic area, friendly host, language facility.

Positive: Loved the garden views, near to town, within budget and nice and cozy place to stay.

Negative: The beddings - especially the pillows were little stinky.... I think it requires a wash.
