Summary: Everything was as stated in the reviews and description. Melody went out of her way to help accommodate us, with early check in which didn't happen due to a flight delay, to getting us a requested hand mixer for a dinner that I was hosting at another location. Great place to stay, I would stay there again.

Summary: We had a great time. The house is just right - enough space, nice kitchen, comfy beds, great lounging area. We spent a lot of time there, cooking our meals instead of going out every night, and it really felt like home. The lanai was especially nice to enjoy! Melody was a wonderful host, and the location was a convenient drive to everywhere we wanted to go. If we ever come to St Augustine again, we'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: Decided to go to St Augustine for my mom’s birthday. It was a wonderful trip and perfect house! Everything was perfect, had no need to contact the hosts. Very clean, very nicely decorated, and perfectly situated. We were no more than a 10-15 minute drive from everything!

Summary: This house is beautiful, clean and organized everything that I expected. Perfect location, close to a lot of stores and main attractions in St Augustine. Melody was very attentive and responsive. Will be back soon.
