The Space
FUN Family Home Near Disneyland, completely Private pool in lovely back yard, gorgeous fountain to watch hummingbirds and butterflies, chaisse lounge chairs and outdoor dining with plenty of seating. It is a very Comfortable home, cozy and relaxing with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and very large living room. Full service chef kitchen with everything you need for Holiday cooking and more. Large dining area, table folds out to seat 8+, breakfast nook eating area in the kitchen. Granite counter top in bathroom with full tub with jets on the wall and both showers are tiled with detachable showerheads. In home washer and dryer. Comfortable beds and flat screens in every room.
Inside we provide everything for a fun relaxing family vacation. Everything in the home is for guests to enjoy. All linens are provided. The kitchen has everything you need from variety of cooking tools to several small appliances and ask us, we will happily do our best to accommodate your specific needs and do our best to provide based upon your request. Kitchen includes, microwave, double oven, gas stove top with grill, extra large sink, extra wet bar sink, granite counter tops, rice maker, blender, coffee maker and grinder, electric mixer, espresso machine, hot water pot, crock pot, and much more with both non stick pots and pans and the stainless steel options as well and lots of baking options with pyrex and glass. Plastic children dishes are stored in lower drawers for easy access to the little ones. We keep the basics on hand for cooking such as variety of oils and spices.
Pack and play available for little ones with the play pen (two available), high chair, booster seat, and a very nice stroller. Enjoy a family game night; guaranteed you’ll find a game you’ll love in the game closet. Also provided a bin of smaller toys and variety of children’s books for all age ranges.
Clean linens always provided, beds made before your arrival and indoor and outdoor towels provided. If anything else is desired, let us know and we will probably leave it by the front door ☺.
All rooms have flat screen tvs. Directv provided in living room and master bedroom and kids room (PG only in kids room), other rooms have roku with Netflix, hbo, youtube and much more. Dvds provided and dvd players in almost every room. All the TVs have HDMI for you to bring devices to attach.
Driveway is for you and your family, fits up to five cars. Pool is serviced weekly, we do the best to give you a relaxing home away from home with everything maintained to create most relaxing pleasurable vacation for you and your family.

Other things to note
Enjoy the sunset from the relaxing front porch overlooking the school field, the sun sets through big beautiful trees and a big grass field of the elementary school across the street. It's peaceful and beautiful to watch from the front porch.
Every night at precisely 9:30pm you may wonder what is going on as you can hear the Disney fireworks. From tip toes can see the beautiful lights of the fireworks from the back yard and master bedroom. After 10pm everything gets quiet and very few cars are even heard.
Succulent lovers especially enjoy a backyard full of a wide variety of succulents and roses blooming spring to summer. Ask us for a take home succulent potted gift (if you love succulents, we love to share).
The neighborhood
Once you're home you can walk to almost everything for fun and shopping needs. Very short drive to Disneyland and other amusement parks, beaches, museums and other famous sites. Every night you can hear the Disneyland fire works and watch the sky flash. Safe quiet Neighborhood is only 15 minute drive to Disneyland, and walk to everything else: Grocery, pharmacy, Movie theater, restaurants, Starbucks, Chuck E. Cheese, several restaurants including an all you can eat restaurant “Shabuya” Korean style eating, Live Performing Arts Center, Golf, 100+ acre County Park, Splash Aquatic Center including a waterslide park (open summer) and Olympic size lap pool. Park is a lovely short walk and has two 18 hole Frisbee golf courses with Frisbees available to rent, multiple play areas for all ages, tennis, rolling hills, big tress, small fish stalked lake, geese, ducks, relaxing picnic areas, and live concerts all summer.
Walk to almost every simple joy or shopping need or it is just a 2-minute drive with ample Free parking and never any real traffic in La Mirada. Be on vacation and feel like you are home with Disneyland around the corner, but stay in a relaxed quiet neighborhood with one of most beautiful parks in Southern California. Open spaces are precious in this region; we are very lucky to have a great neighborhood. La Mirada is ranked in the top 50 best cities to live in the country.
The neighborhood is a quaint simple suburb of Los Angeles and Orange County right on the cusp of both worlds. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night and children playing during the day to the sound of fireworks every night at 9:30pm sharp.
