The entire property nests above an amazingly quiet dead end street with endlessly expansive views of Vast Blue Skies, Perpetually Transforming Cloud and Developing Weather Systems, Desert Mesas, Canyons and Mountain Ranges. Brilliant beautiful, authentic and unique Southwestern Architecture and Styling with Beautiful Local Artwork throughout.
LARGE WINDOWS WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS from Living Room, Kitchen, Master Bed, Patio, Courtyard, Tub and Shower. Sit or stand above it all, whether with any of the three sets of french doors open, out on the patio or courtyard or through the banks of windows, as you gaze out, watching and enjoying the countless hours of almost daily Idylic Sunsets and the constant full vast 360⁰ panarama of Sky, Distant Mountain Ranges, Mesas and the maze of Canyons below all of which all day long seem to physically change, hours by hour, as they lie bathed in and quilted by the transformative shadows and constantly changing lighting from Massive Clouds Formations and truly mesmerizing Storms Fronts. As an added bonus, you can get some nice easy exercise and soak it all in on a Short Walk to the vast rolling hills and arroyos that lie right out the front door just below the property.
DISCOUNTED PRICING
It is asked that guests booking discounted stays of less than $100 for one night be willing to leave the kitchen and floors pretty much as they found them while enjoying the rest of the place as normal. DETAILS
There are two bedrooms with queen size beds plus a bright tv room convertible to an office space with french exterior doors and a very nice extra thick and firm queen futon mattress with a foam core in the closet. The full size couch is also quite firm and comfortable for sleeping. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, one with a thick firm memory foam mattress, the other a thick firm foam core futon that most guests seem to prefer. If you would like to interchange the mattresses according to your preference, please restore as you found them. There are two bathrooms. The master bedroom has it's own separate entrance and a spacious bathroom with large windows and a stunning mesa view.

Summary: Sunsets & views were amazing! Peaceful & quiet. Very comfortable & centrally located for Abq & Santa Fe excursions. Danny was accommodating & easy to work with. Response times excellent. Art & decor perfect for the location inside & out. Great southwest vibe. Would love to see screens on the windows/doors to let some fresh air in.

Summary: We had a great time in this rental. it was exactly where we wanted to stay. The sunsets and sunrises are stunning. The sky lights are great. Very quiet area. The host was very nice and accommodating. We were so relaxed after our vacation and would like to rent this home again in the near future. It had everything we needed.

Summary: The location of rental was excellent, but the property needs a LTC. In one of the rooms the sheets or pillowcases were missing. The decoration is a little off. Everything else was okay.

Summary: Very southwest style home, with killer views from the living room and master bedroom. Decorated with an old style artistic charm. I really enjoyed my brief stay at this home. One minor thing to understand is that there's no television in the home. However, the wireless internet was quite sufficient to run whatever streaming you wish to have on a phone, laptop or tablet. This home is a great place to understand the lifestyle of living in Placitas, the prototypical Southwest style community. However, realize that you will probably need to shop and eat in bernalillo village, which is about 10 minutes drive away. But the kitchen works great for cooking if you wish, which I did, for breakfasts. It was the best place to stay of my 15-day trip between Albuquerque and Flagstaff this past summer.
