Positive: The minute we arrived, Ramyar welcomed us at the reception office. We were supposed to get a non-smoking room with a view; however, the non-smoking rooms with windows were all booked. Ramyar was very responsive and showed us more than one room to choose from. Later, he upgraded our room to a Jr. Suite, making our stay very relaxing. All rooms, linens, in-room facilities, and the Washroom are super clean.

Negative: In all the rooms I visited, the carpets have visible stains and are in need of professional deep cleaning.

Summary: A nice stay and super nice staff.
