Positive: The room was big enough with sufficient closets, tables, and space around the bed. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Also, everything was clean. It is in a good location to access mowlawi st and bazaar of Slemani with good parking.

Negative: The shower space was very small and the handheld shower head which wasn't vertical at all made it worse. For small baths they must have rainfall shiwer head.

Summary: All in all, I recommend it.

Positive: A very nice accommodation, pretty new looking and clean, in a good area with a large active market nearby. It is part of a shopping mall and you can ask for quiet rooms facing the courtyard. They have an excellent breakfast buffet.

Negative: No complaints! Will mention one useful tip, if you arrive at the hotel with a private driver, the hotel will ask for your permission to let the driver park his vehicle in their garage under your name.

Summary: Great stay for travelers in Slemani near lots of street life, can’t beat the breakfast.
