Summary: I have been traveling for over 40 years!!! This hotel is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! The staff made it for me! But it is by far the best Hilton I have ever stayed period!!!! Service service service!!! Plus it beautiful and very clean! So clean I was looking for dust cause I did not think such a large hotel could be so clean! Everything was spectacular!!! My only grip was the bedding was too thick to regulate the temperature. I know 1st world problems! lol I will be back very soon!!!

Summary: Best location in Bangkok I think. Always stay here when in Bangkok. Great location at the riverside with a beautiful terrace outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a fantastic swimming pool on th 4rd floor overseeing the river! And the kindness and helpfulness of the staff... No reason for me to try other hotels!!

Summary: The hotel is a huge complex. The staff at breakfast are very attentive, but during peak times, they sometimes struggle to handle the crowd. A definite highlight is the fitness room, which is very modern and newly equipped.
