Positive: It is cosy and could cater for everyone. 4 rooms each with toilet and shower, then 1 more common toilet. Amazingly cosy and nice. Fridge, kitchen, washing machine, almost everything in home and all with air-con. Staffs are friendly, help is readily available, early check in if possible could be done as well.

Negative: The “bed” area in the living room (above the sofa) is hard so a thicker mattress would be nice. Please note that there are enough beds so it is not critical but something nice to have.

Summary: Excellent place to stay with big group or family.

Positive: Great space for a big family! Very clean! Host was very friendly and nice and greeted us upon arrival since we came in early morning. He gave us a short tour of the apartment and was always available when needed. Also, only a 10 min walk to Icon Siam!

Positive: the location is very near icon siam and nearby so many good restaurant also, it has good design and spacious for a group of friends to stay together in bkk. the host is very nice and helpful. there is the public parking in front of the accomodation.

Positive: The space for the whole family was fantastic. Out hosts could not have been more helpful. Delightful and caring.

Negative: Slightly remote location in the context of the big city. It would have been nice to have had a toaster and coffee machine for breakfast time. One of the showers needed a little attention, but these are only suggestions for the future.
