Summary: The kind attention to detail from the staff is outstanding. I think this is what truly makes the Peninsula a wonderful, wonderful stay and respite in a very busy city. Perfect location too, right on the river. The river shuttle boat is so useful and quick and makes you feel like royalty for a few minutes. Would return in a heartbeat.
