Summary: We stayed at the Peninsula Bangkok just for one night after having attended a dance event over the weekend. The hotel offered a very special ambient, the inside was spacious like a castle and very beautiful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. We were able to relax and recover in a very nice way.

The friendly people and delicious food were a given, and the free shuttle boat service was incredibly convenient. Summary: The check-in process was very quick and efficient, and I was happy to receive a room upgrade. They also fulfilled all my requests, such as a twin bed and a higher floor, which made my stay very satisfying. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the hotel, and the multiple swimming pools were excellent with great service. The staff were all very kind and helpful. In addition, when I had a small injury, the hotel immediately arranged medical assistance and treatment, which I really appreciated.
