Positive: We had a great stay at one of the larger apartments that accommodated 6 adults easily. The location was great – right in the centre, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major sights. The apartment itself was large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive, making check-in and any questions really easy. Overall, a perfect base for exploring Milan.

Negative: There was no tea towel in the kitchen. Some bedrooms didn’t have many plug points so no bedside lamp but these are minor issues.

Positive: A truly beautiful apartment in a fantastic, central location. It was stylish, comfortable, and excellently equipped, which made it a perfect base for exploring Milan. We were very happy with our choice.

Negative: Everything was nearly perfect, but the one small thing missing was a wine opener! To be in Italy and not be able to easily open a bottle of their delicious wine is a bit of a shame. It was a minor surprise given how well-equipped the apartment was otherwise 😊

Positive: We are a group of 5 ppl and the apartment we booked was so comfortable and great value. The location is also great but you can check in advance what location you are going to book because there are a few different locations.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. But just a suggestion for those who have a lot of luggages, you probably need to make sure which metro you are going to use and whether there is escalator or lift in the nearest station, that’s all.
