Positive: I cannot recommend Crossing Manzoni highly enough. From the moment we arrived—late in the evening—we were warmly welcomed by Sean, who waited to personally show us to our room. That level of attentiveness set the tone for the rest of our stay. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our experience feel personal and special. A standout moment for me was when Sabrina helped resolve an issue I had with a bag I purchased at La Rinascente. She not only translated and advocated on my behalf but even offered to go there herself to exchange it for me. On our last day, Alfio stayed late to help us look up train schedules and make sure we were all set for our departure- just one more example of how thoughtful and helpful the team was throughout. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. If I could give this place more than a 10, I absolutely would. This is a place I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family—and I’ll definitely return!

Positive: Everything - 2 min away from the Scala, 5 min away from the Vittorio Emanuele Galeries, super clean & stylish, newly renovated, water & snacks included. But the best?! The people. An incredibly nice team - Sean & Sabrina. Sean welcomed me in the first day & helped me with basically everything. I needed to rent a car, carry my luggage, recommendations for some nice restaurants, everything. Sean did it all. All with a genuine smile and a desire to help me have a great stay. I traveled quite a bit, but, thanks to this experience, Milan & Crossing Manzoni rank 1st in my go-to destinations. I am looking fwd to return to Milan & stay here again!

Positive: Gorgeous design and gracious staff in the Center of Milan. In spite of its proximity to the Duomo it is extremely quiet in a palazzo. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and accommodate requests. Highly recommend
