Positive: Nothing really, but after a long day driving it was tolerable. But would never stay here again.

Negative: Family suite No. 20. Cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling and the skirting under the bathroom cabinet. Dust in the exhaust fan grill. Shower:- Curtain didn't stop water from getting over the bathroom floor and toilet. Shower head was old and corroded, so the water sprayed everywhere. Taps were old and hard to adjust. Hand basin taps were in the same condition and the spout was loose. Insufficient space around the toilet. Floor was filthy and had hair and pubic hair on it. Had to wash the cups and glasses thoroughly before use as they smelt like soap and grease. The only way to fill the kettle was one cupful at a time from the bathroom hand basin. The water was undrinkable anyway so had to use bottled water. They only supplied one 600ml bottle. So definitely recommend bringing your own. The lounge was uncomfortable, the cushion support had given up and you rolled towards the middle. The main room Air conditioning unit was noisy even on low fan. Fridges were old and noisy, the door on the large one was extremely difficult to open. The driveway was very steep and narrow between two hedges. Reversing into the parking space was difficult. Couldn't get out of the driver's door without scratching it on the hedge.

Summary: Old, Unclean, needs renovating.
