Positive: We liked how clean and fresh it was. Loved that there were things like cutlery, dishes, coffee, etc, that a lot of other accommodations don't supply anymore.

Negative: Sorry microwave didn't work :(

Positive: Location for our trip was the only good part about the stay. I have been travelling back and forth from regional Victoria to south east QLD for the past 8 yrs. I have a disabled child and have always found Club Motor inn perfect for our stop over stays. However despite booking a disabled room 2 months in advance for our stay, we arrived after a 9 hour drive to be told by the gentleman at reception ‘oh so you did want a disabled room? , most people just book it through booking.com because they can get it cheaper’ our disabled rooms are booked out”. After a long day travelling with an over tired disabled child I ended up agreeing to a different room with two beds! Which I was then charged more for,despite their error in not having our booked room available. On entering the new room there was only one bed, and a bathroom without a hand held shower or room to have and help my disabled daughter in the bathroom adequately and safely. I did manage to get my child on to the toilet only to have a knock at the door. The same gentleman had come to the room and said oh I’ve given you the wrong room. You need to move to the next room. I then had to then get my disabled child out of that room to move rooms - again not a disabled room and again with an unsafe bathroom for my child, nor did we have disabled parking. Which made it very difficult to get out my child’s medical equipment (she is in a ventilator at night). The gentleman simply stated oh just back your car out in the drive area to unload the car and your child as the disabled spots are taken. We were tired after a very long day travelling and all we wanted to do at that point was sleep!!. It was minus degrees overnight and there was cold air rushing through the door jam all night. Which I had to pack towels around, this was despite an obviously fairly new air conditioner which we couldn’t get to warm the room enough.
