Lower-level floor plan: Full bath with shower, tub, and sink; Family room, futon sofa, roll away twin-size bed, television, record player, small desk and chair, and workout equipment; Laundry room (unfinished room) with stackable washer and dryer.

Summary: Great property in a very wooded neighborhood. Decorated wonderfully. We enjoyed the record player and records in the basement living room. My family lives near the house and we traveled from out of state. It was so nice to participate in family events and have a place for myself at the end of the day.
