Summary: The host stays on the property next door and monitors your every move.One of her rules is that visitors of the guests are to park on the street. We were told by her appointed greeter that we didn't need to park on the street. Both sides of the street are lined with a ditch, making exiting and entering the car difficult. I asked if visitors could park in the driveway. She said it was my choice, and if anyone drives over her flowerbeds that they are "dead meat." I felt that visitors, all over 55, were capable of avoiding the flowerbeds which are bordered by large landscape rocks. At one point, she drove up the gravel drive at a higher speed than necessary, got out, and yelled at me in front of guests, stating she was very pissed. She messaged me that her driveway looked like a used car lot and stated, " You must have been a kid who never took 'No' for an answer."We moved some outdoor chairs around so that we could all sit in one area. She messaged me, telling me to put everything back where they were found. If she hadn't been watching us constantly, she wouldn't even know that we had moved the chairs.I went from being offered to rent in the future by calling her cell to avoid all the VRBO fees to she'll never rent to me again. She did thank us for leaving the house so clean upon our departure, insinuating we did that to get into her good graces. I replied that we always leave the homes we rent in the same condition as when we arrived, to which she replied, "Grow up."

Summary: Corky is a great host. She showed us everything in the house and was extremely easygoing. The house was extremely clean, and everything needed in the house was provided. The house is a beautiful historic home with many nice touches. It can be used for many reasons. I stayed there to see the sights around Cleveland. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and this beautiful home made it that much more enjoyable.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised to see that the home and grounds are just as described and pictured. It's a lovely home, well maintained and set up to make you feel at home. A maintenance issue came up while we were there and it was quickly resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you are centrally located to any place you may want to go.
