Negative: Far walk before you can commute.

Positive: The overall facility was nice! However, there was no internet connection due to the recent typhoon. But the place is great in general. It is 30min drive from famous tourist spots in bolinao, but you get a good deal for the price.

Positive: Overall, we really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the farm. The rooms we booked , the couple room, junior suite, and studio room, were all very spacious and comfortable for our group. We especially loved the kitchen, it was well-equipped with everything you might need. It is shared with the other rooms, but since we were the only guests at the time, that wasn't an issue. Each room also had its own fridge and microwave, which was a big plus. The location was fine for us because we had our own cars, but it might not be ideal for those without cars.

Negative: We did notice flying termites (simot-simot) coming into the rooms at night, and when they died, ants would show up. However, it didn’t really bother us since we understand this is part of being on a farm and close to nature.
