Positive: Very cozy and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was a highlight. Great bathroom. Perfect location. Very close proximity to Patar Beach and stores.

Negative: Essential information regarding resort amenities is currently difficult to find or unclear. The really needs a full-time staff member and a few more kayaks to handle the demand. A quick heads-up that the toilet flush systems need a bit of work.

Summary: It was great. Will definitely come back again.

Positive: The staff were friendly and accomodating. The view of the room is really nice. The facilities is new and functionally designed.

Negative: The overall compound may need a little bit of tidying and landscaping.

Positive: The location near the river was wonderful, the restaurant was great and the food delicious, the room was amazingly big (a bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 small beds), very comfortable, and looked new and clean, there was a microwave and toaster available in case u have your own food to heat, and the staff was amazing and helpful. They helped sort out all difficulties we had and provided us with everything we requested.

Negative: The location is pretty far from everything, difficult to get anywhere unless you get a tricycle, the property is under construction, which was noisy in the morning, and the road inside the resort is very bumpy. No information about the construction was on the website when booking. We did not have amenities such as hand and shower floor towels, and there was a wedding next door, which we were not informed about, and where the music was playing whole night.

Positive: Lyka! She was great. Knowledgeable and communicates well, younger women. Okay too. Old ones, irritated but tolerable. Food at lunch, okay. Food ordered for dinner better. Room. Great. So cozy. Comfortable and QUIET. A place to run to when you need to rest from the city trash. Thank you so much for this place. Thank God we found this place

Negative: Old women staff. Not so friendly. Shrimp not fresh. 😂 nitpicking already. Kidding.

Positive: I like the provincial vibe. There is a river, river cruise and its calming.

Negative: Too dark going inside the premises. No kitchen staff at night and we were not told. Jad our lunch there and food was good
