Positive: The flat was very pleasant. We (two people) stayed there for five days in February 2026. It is located five minutes from a supermarket and a bus stop (25 minutes to the centre of Valencia). The host responded promptly and kindly. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for two people.

Negative: The flat is not suitable for people with limited mobility, because of the staircase and the small shower. Although overall we liked it.

Summary: Pleasant stay.

Positive: Everything was really great. Very clean. Helpful host. Good facilities. Big apartment. The location is a bit outside Valencia, but it wasn't a big issue.
