Summary: We enjoyed staying in this house, in a quiet neighborhood just outside Valencia. Due to the warm weather in April, the pool water was nice and warm! The communication with Maria and Lola before and during our stay was pleasant. We appreciate their flexible attitude: due to an unexpected rebooking of our flight, we arrived earlier than agreed. There are a supermarket and some restaurants just 10-15 minutes walk away. In a 20 minute walk you are at metrostation Torrent Avinguda (25 minutes to the center of Valencia). From the house it's a 20-25 minute drive to Valencia. We recommend this house is to everyone who want to visit Valencia and the surrounding areas!

Summary: Accommodation could not be better nor communication from Maria and Lola more helpful. Great spot just comfortably away from the hustle of the centre. Lovely pool to get back to. Masses of room and paella on tap if you arrive at the weekend.

Summary: We finally made it to Valencia after a 2 year delay due to Covid and it was definitely worth the wait. The villa was lovely. Clean and spacious, with everything you needed. The pool and secluded garden were an added bonus. Maria was a great host and couldn’t have been more helpful, initially with having to rearrange our booking twice and then with all the details of our stay. She also gave us several restaurants to try which was really helpful including the paella place up the road which was amazing but it’s only open on the weekend. Would definitely return if coming back to Valencia.

Summary: Wonderful property, excellent location. Lola was very attentive to our needs especially in getting a taxi at the end of our visit. It was a very pleasant and relaxing two weeks.

Summary: What a fabulous house-everything we needed.Maria was easily contactable and replied quickly with any info we needed.She ordered paella for us for Sunday lunch and organised our taxi to the airport-perfect.I would highly recommend this property for a week of complete,luxurious relaxation.We hope to return some time in the future.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay in this beautiful, spacious house. The inside of the house is full of light and air and is superbly equipped. It is comfortable and modern and induces a feeling of tranquility on anyone staying here. The outside garden and pool area continues the theme of light and space, not only during the warmth of the day but also with the thoughtful illumination of the pool and garden, the evening and night is transformed into a romantic idyll. The house is well named Sol y Luna! As regards the booking and arrival process, Maria ( the owner) could not have been more communicative and helpful. In our party there was a baby and a young child and ample provision was made for them with a cot, high-chair and playpen. Lola was on hand to greet us on our arrival and ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a rented car but the house is within easy walking distance of supermarket, shops and restaurants. The metro station which takes one In to the heart of Valencia in fifteen to twenty minutes is also within walking range. I could not recommend this property enough. Anyone who stays here will enjoy its five star accommodation guaranteed to produce relaxation. Temperatures of 25 to 30 degree were also laid on in a week in October! What more could one want!

Summary: Thanks Maria and lola we loved our stay the house is extremely beautiful and garden and pool absolutely amazing very large pool and the location is very good close to shops restaurants I loved the the house highly recommended the owner is very helpful hopefully will go next year again
