Positive: The property was clean and comfortable.

Negative: The instructions for getting to the property are wrong! The disappointing thing was that the host knew, stating that they were wrong, you have to take a different route, not the one that was sent via email. If the host knows this, it would be a good idea to change them. Also, approaching in the dark is extremely difficult. Please be advised that there are no streetlights

Negative: Just my preference, would like towel rail or hook by the basin in bathroom. Plus shower holder lower down, otherwise gets your hair wet, but it's how most places are.

Positive: The cottage was lovely everything you need was in the house . The host Fred was a very helpful it was only a four day holiday but wish it was longer . So quite we had a great time just to chill out away from the hustle and bustle from Glasgow great find and will book again . What a lovely part of Scotland..

Positive: This place is a little gem. If you want a spiritual retreat full of candles and incense in a quiet location, then this is for you. With no Wi-Fi, this is a place to come and escape. And not one touristy picture of a Highland cow to be seen - what a joy! The owner Fred, is a breath of fresh air. Loved the spacious rooms and very comfy king size bed. The property is just across the road from the footpath to Loch Mey with its bird hide. Great for birdwatchers.

Positive: Great location, 5 minutes walk to Harrow Harbour and beach (and a family of grey seals!) and a very well equipped cottage with 2 woodburners. A choice of outside seating areas (weather permitting!) and very comfortable inside cottage with a useful vestibule for coats and other items - even space for bikes if agreeable with owner).

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. Others may find the fact that you had to light a woodburner for the central heating - for me that was a bonus.
