Positive: Kacey is a very switched on attentive host providing a level of service that you do not normally get. This is probably possible due to a small number of high end rooms. Mega slick operation with a well thought out wine and drinks list. We opted for a three course meal including ribeye steak and salmon. All to high standard and served in your room delived on stainless trolley. Food all cooked perfectly and breakfast was superb also. Thankyou Kacey for providing this special experience.
Negative: The room was great even two fantastic easy chairs. Only thing I had issue with was the bed a little hard and my arm dropping through a gap between the headboard and mattress. Having said that I had, had an excellent three course meal and probably not fully settled before going to bed.
Summary: Superb experience with a level of service and attention we are not used to.
