This well kept, fully modernized single family bungalow is located in the heart of Mesa. It is adjacent to the US #60 and US #202 which provides excellent access to the city.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a high quality king mattress and linens, dressers, satellite tv, large walk-in closet and its own bath with a walk-in shower and is easily accessible for those with limited mobility. It also has its own access to the patio area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and bedroom 4 has a full bed all with high quality mattresses and linens. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination for those that like to soak in the tub.
The kitchen was remodelled in 2016 and features a stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with quality cookware and kitchenware.
The family room features a 66” high definition, flat screen tv with cable and high speed internet included. There’s a ping pong table too!
The laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer.
One of the most attractive features of this home is the south facing secluded backyard with privacy fence. The property is bordered by greenspace on 2 sides. It is your own private oasis. The backyard is a great place to gather and relax with a cocktail, soak in the hot tub or to take a swim. The heated pool was completely remodelled in 2018 and features a waterfall. The patio area is completely covered offering a nice shady spot to sit and is landscaped with paving stone. There is also a gas fire pit for cool evenings around the fire.

There are fabulous hiking trails at Superstition Mountains, Usery Park and Silly Mountain which are all within a 15 minute drive. The Red Mountain Center is located one-half of a mile from the home and includes a full gym, walking paths and other amenities including senior activities.

Summary: We came to this location to visit family near by. We found it very easy to get around the area and very comfortable in this house. We had a few family meals so the kitchen was easy to use and provided all the utilities needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Summary: Wonderful stay for a golf trip. The four of us really enjoyed having a little oasis to come back to after our rounds. Most of our time was spent in the backyard even in the extreme heat. The house had so many options for keeping cool outside via sun shades And large covered deck. Everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay next time I’m in Arizona.

Summary: Sometimes you stay at a Vrbo and the picture make the property look better than it actually is. This is not the case here. The place is great and actually a little more spacious than the pictures make it seem. Stayed for a week with my wife and it was very convenient, private and relaxing. Also, communication with the owner was amazing. Very prompt replies and friendly. I will be staying here again.

Summary: Listing was very accurate. House, yard, amenities were outstanding. Wife and I stayed for a week, and it was very relaxing. Check in and check out were easy. Very well-kept property in a very nice area. Pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, and gas grill were in the back yard and very well kept and fun to use. The back deck or patio was used throughout the day.
