Summary: The hotel is in a quiet location with nice views, particularly at sunset. The room was compact, basic. It was comfortable enough but lacked the individual style and comfortable touches which usually differentiate a 'boutique hotel'. The reception area was well styled and comfortable to sit and read or have a drink. There are hardly any restaurants within walking distance so we tried the hotel restaurant. The service was very slow, despite there only being 5 tables of guests to serve. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the food was tasty enough.

Summary: Nice relaxing area, rooms were clean but not spacious. Hotel is close (500m) to a small beach with a great bar for local seafood and drinks after a day of sun. Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Very helpful staff especially the receptionist who helped us every day with translation and information. Also the young male waiter was always very cheerful and helpful at breakfast and dinner. The location is a little remote so a car is essential.

Summary: The Mercury Hotel was exactly what we needed for a proper relaxing stay - a stylish, comfortable, friendly hotel In a beautiful setting. High on a cliff, the hotel seems to be surrounded by sea views - and the terrace is perfectly placed for stunningly beautiful sunsets. The pool complex is great, the island itself is full of gorgeous coves and beaches you can drive to within a short distance, and the fishing village of Calasetta is 15 minutes away. Our stay was made even easier by the manager Rodolfo who was very informative and whose English is excellent.

Summary: If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is truly the perfect place. The staff, particularly Nikolo were very helpful and kind. I have to say that food was Ok, I wish there was more variety. After a week we had enough of pasta. Considering the fact that there is no many other places to choose from in the area we would probably choose the hotel restaurant more ofen if food was slightly better. We missed chicken on the menu! Overall great facilities, rooms were very clean. We loved the views and walks near the hotel.

Summary: Had a room with a garden overlooking the pools the sea and the beautiful sunsets. The food and staff were excellent and we had the most relaxing time. Would go back in a heartbeat. Great walks to good beaches. You need a car though.
